TALLADEGA CITY SCHOOLS ACHIEVES DISTRICT ACCREDITATION!

The Talladega City School System has been granted "District Accreditation" by AdvancED. The process began almost two years ago and culminated in a three-day visit to our school system.

Many people are responsible for making this accreditation possible. Most importantly, accreditation is a process which improves teaching and learning for the boys and girls who walk through our doors each morning.

Dr. Frank Buck is to be commended for his fine leadership, organization of a huge task, and his efforts to include parents, students, teachers, administrators, Central Office Staff, and the community in the accreditation process.
We have a lot to be proud of and it was nice to receive recognition for the wonderful things happening in our district. The accreditation results were an example of how we strive to work as a team. "Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much." WE DID IT!
