Beginning of School Jitters? Check out these books...
One fact of life is that children do worry and on the top of many of their lists is starting back to school. A way to ease these fears is sharing a good "Back to School" book and talking about how fun school is going to be. The public library is a great free source and they may be able to suggest additional titles. You can contact the Talladega Public Library at (256) 362-4211.

What time will the bell ring in the mornings??
I can't speak for the other 6 schools, but R. L. Young's tardy bell rings at 8:00 am. Check with your child's school. Bus routes make beginning and ending times different.
